Tracking
When tracking is available, courier tracking details are shared through the contact information provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take time to appear after handover to the courier.
Exchanges
Exchange requests may be considered for eligible size or colour issues, or for verified defects. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in resalable condition and available for inspection.
